When you submit a quote request or contact form, I collect the information you provide: name, phone number, email (if provided), device information, and issue description. This information is used solely to respond to your request and provide repair services.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to communicate with you about your repair request, provide quotes, schedule services, and complete repairs. I do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide the service (e.g., email delivery).
Data Security
I take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. Form submissions are sent via encrypted email.

Service Terms
Diagnostic Fee
A $25 diagnostic fee applies to all repairs. This fee covers the time and expertise required to identify the issue. If you proceed with the repair, this fee is credited toward the total cost. The diagnostic fee is non-refundable if you choose not to proceed with the repair.
Approval Threshold
I will not begin any repair work without your explicit approval. After diagnosis, I will provide a quote and wait for your approval before proceeding. You have the right to decline any repair.
Data Handling Policy
Important: I cannot guarantee data safety unless you specifically request and pay for the data backup service ($30). While I am careful with your device, data loss can occur during repairs, especially for hardware issues or operating system reinstalls. For critical data, the backup service is strongly recommended. I am not responsible for data loss unless the backup service was purchased and performed.
Limited Guarantee
All repair work comes with a 30-day labor warranty. This warranty covers the specific repair performed. If the same issue returns due to my workmanship, I will fix it at no additional charge. This warranty covers labor only, not parts or unrelated issues. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or pre-existing conditions.
Pre-Existing Issues
I am not responsible for pre-existing hardware or software issues that were not caused by my repair work. If a device has multiple issues, I will identify and quote each separately. Repairing one issue does not guarantee resolution of unrelated problems.
Payment Terms
Payment is required before pickup of your device. For parts, payment is required upfront before ordering. I accept cash, Venmo, PayPal, and Zelle. All prices are in USD and are subject to change, but you will be quoted before work begins.
Abandoned Devices
If a device is not picked up within 90 days of completion and I have made reasonable attempts to contact you, the device may be considered abandoned. I reserve the right to dispose of abandoned devices.
Limitation of Liability
My liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided. I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This is a sole proprietorship, and liability is limited accordingly.
